We’re proud to introduce Jackson County’s first licensed distillery here in Seymour, Indiana, owned and operated by Shawn and Jennifer Malone. Sourcing unique quality ingredients from the local grower Mellencamp Family Farms, we’re crafting exceptional corn whiskey, homegrown right here in Jackson County.
Shawn Malone brought us the first brewpub in Jackson County with Brooklyn Pizza and Seymour Brewing Company. You can expect the same commitment to local craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and attention to detail to shine through every bottle.
That's why we selected the Mellencamp Family Farms. With over 100 years of experience here in Jackson County, they are trusted to grow the unique varieties we use to craft our whiskey: Bloody Butcher Red, Indiana White Dent and Ohio Blue Corn. Soon we will have our own unique red, white, and blue whiskey.
